Family Coaching help you to use Ayurveda practices to transform your family into something you always dreamt about.

According with Ayurveda, people of the same family can have different constitution (doshas) and personality. Each one of them require different diet, lifestyle, and activities to achieve balance and harmony in all levels.

We created the Ayurvedic Family Coaching with the purpose of bringing peace and harmony to the entire family through Ayurvedic practices. In this program, we will understand and discuss the Ayurvedic Constitution of every member of the family with the objective to create balance and harmony. We will guide you to adopt a holistic way, through the implementation of Ayurvedic lifestyle: food recommendations, Yoga, Yogic breathing, meditation, and many other activities that might be required to help you and your family to achieve the balance and harmony that you always dreamt about.

What is included in Family Coaching?

Yoga, breathing and meditation

Yoga classes and breathing and meditation will help you to balance all different aspects of each family member and its doshas. From the Ayurvedic perspective, each individual must adopt a practice that facilitates balance, harmony and peace.

Self-care and Emotional Management

When we interact with different individuals, we might be challenged with emotions that we don’t understand and don’t know how to act upon. In our program we will help you to create practices that allows the entire family to feel seen and cared for, which creates a peaceful and fruitful environment for growth and development.

Food recommendations

It is challenging to cook the right food that benefits the entire family. In our family coaching program, we will provide the best food recommendations that creates harmony and balance for the entire family.
