Our Ayurvedic cooking class is created to address our seasonal doshic needs as well as to make Ayurvedic classics and learning to adjust our favorite recipes. Cooking with the basics of Ayurveda in mind, we are increasing our digestive power and improving our assimilation.

Seasonal inspiration comes in two ways in Ayurvedic cooking: by using foods that are seasonally fresh and by preparing foods that answer to our seasonal doshic needs.

Ayurvedic cooking is made to respond the the doshic needs of the individual. By adjusting the herbs and spices, oils and matching of foods, we can increase our digestion’s efficiency and assimilation.

Flexible

Making recipes flexible is part of the Ayurvedic tradition. By learning modifications that we can bring to the recipes that we already know and love from our own cookbooks, we can make almost any recipe Ayurvedic!
